The Programme

The mentorship programme will be a 5 month-programme.
There will be an open call for mentors/mentees twice a year, in September and March.

During the mentorship programme mentors/mentees will:

Establish goals that will be worked on through the mentoring relationship
Meet monthly at a minimum to discuss business challenges faced by the mentee and professional growth

In addition, programme members will:

be added to a Slack where members can provide peer support
Have access to monthly webinars presented by women leaders on different challenges faced by them in business
Have access to training materials 
Share jobs and other opportunities with one another with the aim of increasing female representation in businessList item


Both mentors and mentees will be asked a series of questions when they sign up to enable us to match them. We will use factors such as:

Current role – mentees will be matched with mentors a few steps ahead in their career
Career goals
Functional area
Type of company (e.g. product/services/Saas/etc)
