WP Includes
Our aim is to increase the representation of women in boardrooms and leadership of businesses within the WordPress ecosystem.
Our free mentorship programme runs twice a year and matches experienced leaders from the WordPress business world with women who want to grow their career, overcome business challenges, and improve their confidence.
Our vision
Our vision is for at least 50% of leaders in the top companies within the WordPress ecosystem to be women.
We will do this by mentoring and supporting women to take the next step in their careers.
